Returns and Exchanges

Faulty Goods
All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded and we will pay the return postage.

Non-Faulty Goods
If the goods are unwanted you have 7 working days to cancel your order. The 7 days start the day after receipt of the goods. All monies will be returned to you within 30 days of cancellation. We will refund the cost of the goods, so long as the goods are still in new condition and are un-opened. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves.

If you have a problem with a product, please contact us for returns authorisation before you return the item.

Complaints

All complaints will be personally dealt with as soon as possible.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and keep you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order within 7 working days. The 7 days will start the day after you receive the goods.

We will fully refund the price of the goods, which you will receive within 30 days of cancellation.
