Ordering Assistance

The following illustrations and descriptions will exlplain the steps needed to place an order for the product(s) of your choice.

Product Pages

When viewing any product page, you will see the product name, specification details & price, a product illustration and the option to "Order Here". Once you have decided this is the product for you, click the "buy this now" button (in the "Order Here" section) and the item will be placed in your shopping basket.

Product pages also feature the "Account & Shopping Basket" section (top right corner). You can use this section at any time to log in (if you're already a member) or to register with PrinterBox for the first time. The section also has links to view your shopping basket or to go to the checkout.

If you have already added an item to your shopping basket, the "Account & Shopping Basket" section will list how many items you have ordered and the total of your order so far.

The Shopping Basket

features: "Quantity Update" section and "Order Summary & Checkout" section

When viewing the Shopping Basket you are presented with a list of the items you have ordered so far. You can continue looking around the site (using the main navigation), amend quantities of items using the "Quantity Update" section or check your order details using the "Order Summary & Checkout" section.

If you choose to continue looking around the site, all items will be stored in your Shopping Basket until you decide to finalise your order.

By using the "Order Quantity" section, you can change the number of items you would like to order (using the drop down list). Once this is done, you must click the "Update Quantity" button to save your changes.

The "Order Summary & Checkout" section displays the number and cost of items already in your Shopping Basket as well as the delivery charge and "Total to Pay" figures.

Below the "Total to Pay" figure is the "Checkout" button, pressing this will take you to the Checkout section where you can finalise the payment and delivery details of your order (based on the items already in your Shopping Basket).
