Your website was already a model of usability before, and the changes you have made only make it better.

As a professional web designer, I am not often able to be that complimentary, so well done all round! I think that the friendly 'about us' section with the photos is an especially nice touch, but the attention to detail on every page is noticeable: it's easy to browse by category or manufacturer, to find what I've ordered before, to see what product fits what printer, your terms and conditions, and so on. And you've hidden all the visual clutter (which I know has to be there) at the bottom of the page where I don't need to look at it!

The only possible way to add to the site might be to have some kind of customer interaction...selected user reviews of products might be nice.
