Your Account
Our standard terms which apply to all new accounts are as follows:

Initial order, payment on receipt of invoice. Your first invoice must be settled in full before we extend further credit. Following first payment, 30 days terms will be made available.

Title & Risk
Risk in the goods (i.e. any products supplied by us) pass to your company on delivery. Ownership of the goods, or any other goods supplied by us, will remain with us until payment for all monies due to us has been received in full. Until property in the goods passes your company, you will keep the goods readily identifiable as our property.

Returns Charter
We are happy to accept return of goods provided that you:

  • Notify us of damaged goods / delivery errors within 3 days, and unwanted goods within 15 days of receipt. Requests outside the time limit may be acceptable, but will incur a 20% handling charge. Please securely protect returned items, as we will not be able to issue a refund for goods not received back in re-saleable condition.
  • Obtain a returns authorisation number prior to returning goods, quoting relevant invoice and item numbers.
  • Accept that product warranties are defined by the appropriate manufacturer. In some cases it is a requirement of the manufacturer that the end user contact the manufacturer directly. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will always endeavour to support customers in resolving warranty claims satisfactorily.
  • Provide a sample of faulty print as evidence of the fault of faulty print cartridges.
